                       Brumidi Sunshine

                               Twirlers

    Brumidi Sunshine was formed in 1977 as a parade group under the directorship of

Ann Mastrocco through the Constantino Brumidi Lodge#2211. Linda Mastrocco-Boss

was added to the organization in 1981 as an instructor and that very same year the twirlers

captured the Advanced Juvenile Small Dance Twirl Team Title.

    Since that first title Brumidi SunShine has captured the State, Regional, and National Titles in the Primary, Juvenile, Junior and Parade Corp categories along with the many achievements of their Soloists.

In 2002:

            New York State Championships - 7 First Place and 3 Second place's

            Northeastern Regionals Championships - 3 First Places and 5 Second Places and 1 Third Place.

            U.S. National Championships - First Place Novice Parade Corp., 2 Second Place Jr & Sr Dance Twirl

Our Soloists also captured many titles at both championships What wonderful accomplishments and we are very proud of all the girls.
